To support Soke Tanemura's mission and Kyoshi Wideman's efforts to grow a strong Genbukan organization within Canada.

To provide traditional Japanese instruction in ninpo/ninjutsu and jujutsu martial arts.

To lead by example.

To encourage and guide personal growth of the students in the dojo in all areas of their lives.

To maintain an environment of comradeship, spirit, compassion, safety, and good manners at all times.

To encourage a high level of commitment, study, and practice.
